We have been with Dataflame for about 3 years now, and have been very pleased with the level of support that has been given. I would rate them excellent on price, features go hand in hand with the price. I’m currently on one of their basic plans – its plenty for what I am doing – but when I need to upgrade there are plenty of plans for me to upgrade to. If you are looking for a strong, reliable web hosting company then look no further.

Been with HostPapa for 4 years and now I can safely say that I never have to worry about my web host. The service is great, the servers reliable, and everyone is efficient and knowledgeable. I host with them. I was just blown away by the efficiency, competency and just nice-ness for the first bit, then I happily got used to it, I only expect the best nowadays!

Used to have some problems with uk2 on some occasions, however the overall quality is flawless. The money I’m paying for the dedicated service solution is well spent. The connection speed is lightning fast and the tech support does its job properly and responds fast enough. I’ve also no qualms about availability but it’s not 100%, but I doubt that kind of uptime exists anyway. I’d probably avoid UK2 for cheap shared hosting though, but their servers and VPS products are sound.

Strangely not had the issue’s some have reported on the “review” sites. I’ve experienced, great uptime, technical queries answered quickly and a comprehensive FAQ. Theres not much to hosting if you really know what you are doing. I actually moved to them from my own server, far more cost effective. I run 50+ domains without a hitch. But I design/code it all myself. All I need to do is set certain server parameters now and again. No billing problems as yet. Fingers crossed!

Having used Namesco, fasthosts, 1and1 and uk2.net over the past 5 years I have finally found a hosting company that’s honest and reliable! The best thing about united hosting is the amazing levels and speed of support! They have even helped with things like coding which they are not obliged to do. Strangely I think they are part of the same group as 1and1. Amazing how things can be so different within the same group!

I have realised that people only ever tend to moan about things never to praise. Been with Fasthosts for two years and the service I ‘ve received has been excellent. Decent helplines, talking to people who will sort out any problems. After reading the bad reports on Fasthosts I am very surprised by the comments and can say I have not experienced any of the issues raised. The passwords saga is very well publicised and could happen to any host. When these things do happen you have to resolve the problem immediately and professionally, Fasthosts did this and maintained the security of all my websites.

When I signed up to Hostclear I couldn’t fault them. However a few months down the line it felt like things were starting to slip. To be fair it wasn’t anything major just the server felt slower than perviously. I was going to write a review on them then however I thought I see how they responded before I passed judgement on them. Well all I can say is I was surprised. Thirty minutes or so after submitting a support request I had an email back saying that they are looking into the issue and had found a few sites that were running high resource scripts. They said they did a few tweaks and that I should notice a slight improvement. Which i did so I left them to do what they needed to do. Within a day or so my site was back to its old self. But thats something you have to put up with from time to time with shared hosting. You don’t know who your “neighbours” are!

With Eukhost for approximately 4 years on a linux shared hosting plan! I have in total about 7 domains registered with them and a couple of growing sites. I have now just purchased a windows vps server package. Throughout the order process, sales, billing and tech support are all professional. Eukhost are prompt at processing support tickets or requests for new features. They have even provided me with support on things that would not normally be their responsibility. I’ve also used their on-line chat to find out how to backup my server using their offsite backup facility. I was told they backup all their clients VPS once a week – which is great – but I now want daily backups which they can also provide at a reasonable price.
