Market segments that were once considered too difficult to cater for are now easily accessible. I emailed the support staff to see if they could assist me and to let them know what had happened and if there was any way of preventing this in the future. Guess what…to this day I have heard nothing from them. I even put in a support ticket. There has never been a response. This happened at least 6 months ago. Now the problem is that I have a lot of files there and I don’t really want to move them, but since I am getting no service at all, I guess that will be my only option.

There are a lot of cheap web hosting companies out there. How do you chose the right one. Well, a lot of people tell you to chose one that has inexpensive monthly fees. I would agree that when starting out, you should possibly choose one that will not break the bank; however, there are other things to think about also. What do those companies offer you besides web-hosting. Are you going to have enough storage space? What about bandwidth? If you are hosting a business website, you should have the best web-hosting account you can find. Price alone should not be the deciding factor. What else are you getting for your price?
